Welcome to Viorine. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Viorine. We operate this online store and website, including its content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are hosted by Shopify, which helps us provide the online shopping experience.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Viorine uses Shopify to host and operate the Services. Your purchases are made directly with Viorine. Shopify is not responsible for products sold by Viorine or for disputes, injury, damage, or loss arising from those purchases, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and service providers may process information as needed to host the store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide related services. 10. Feedback and submissions
